Every model is crafted for coastal durability, modern comfort, and flexible use—whether for rentals (where permitted), guest stays, private living spaces, or other residential-style applications subject to local zoning and permitting.
Coastal Craft Buildings starts with a Graceland portable building shell and finishes it into a residential style living units. Each unit is completed with upgraded insulation, interior finishes, and modern features designed for comfort and durability. Units are sold as portable, non-HUD structures, with allowable use determined by local zoning, permitting, and utility requirements.
A permanent foundation is not required for delivery of the unit. Coastal Craft Buildings units are delivered on treated runners and set in place at delivery. Any required tie-downs, foundations, or anchoring systems are determined by local zoning, permitting, and utility requirements. Coastal Craft Buildings does not perform site work or permanent installation.
Coastal Craft Buildings units are designed with features that support long-term comfort, including insulation, drywall interiors, efficient HVAC systems, and full kitchens and bathrooms.

Yes. Delivery is provided by a Graceland-certified hauler. Delivery includes transport of the unit to the site location. Site preparation, permitting, and any permanent installation requirements are the responsibility of the buyer.
No. At delivery, the unit is positioned and leveled as part of the delivery process. Any permanent anchoring systems, foundations, utility connections, or site-specific requirements are determined by local codes and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery timelines vary based on model selection, finish package, and production scheduling. Most units are typically ready for delivery within a few weeks after completion. Actual delivery timing may vary due to scheduling, weather, and transportation availability.
Financing & Payment
