Why Coastal Craft?
Built for Coastal Weather
Coastal Craft Buildings units are constructed using durable materials and proven building methods selected for coastal environments. Each unit is designed to perform well in humidity, heat, and changing coastal conditions common throughout the Florida Panhandle.
Modern Coastal Style
Bright interiors, clean lines, and efficient layouts give every Coastal Craft unit a fresh, coastal-inspired look that complements Florida living while remaining practical and comfortable.
Flexible Options
Choose the layout that best fits your needs and intended use:
- Studio units
- One-bedroom units
- Two-bedroom units
Limited layout configurations and interior finish selections may be available depending on the model and package level.
Delivery Coordination
Delivery is provided by a Graceland-certified hauler. Units are positioned and leveled at delivery. Any permanent anchoring systems, foundations, permits, utility connections, or site-specific requirements are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Rental-Friendly Designs
Many customers choose Coastal Craft units for use as short-term rentals, long-term rentals, guest accommodations, or similar applications where permitted. Rental use, occupancy limits, and licensing requirements vary by local zoning and regulations and must be verified by the buyer prior to use.
Financing Available
Coastal Craft Buildings works with several financing options that may be available for qualified buyers. Financing and rent-to-own options vary by unit type, program availability, and buyer qualifications. All financing and RTO agreements apply to the unit as personal property and do not guarantee zoning approval, permits, or utility connections.
